Innocent? states, “Video is basically me paying homage to a few of NewYork’s fallen greats. Desiigner, being from Brooklyn , has opened back up the door for NY artists to be creative. Also making a statement that we (new or old school artists) don’t have to change what we represent as far as HipHop because of the current time. I also didn’t feel the need to have mad people in the vid because I roll dolo most of the time anyways. I also just felt that the beat was hot so I decided to put my twist on it. It’s a NY thing!”
