Rapper Octavian is blowing up overseas in the UK, and it’s about time that us on the other side of the Atlantic catch up.
The 23-year-old rapper won BBC’s “Sound of 2019” poll, something that has been won in previous years by Sam Smith and Adele. The UK artist is the first rapper to win this since it was awarded to 50 Cent over a decade ago.
