Adé is a Nigerian/Grenadian-American from the DMV who just released his debut EP “Always Something” on Friday, February 15. The 6-track project features Lil Baby, Rich The Kid, Goldlink, and Wale. With that much power on a single EP, it is without a doubt worth your time to take a listen or two.

Originally known as Phil Ade, the DMV rapper, changed his name when he signed to Epic Records, and began to dedicate his time to working on his EP. “As I was recording, I kept thinking about the phrase ‘Always Something’,” he tell in a press release. “I found a deeper meaning. In life, you’re met with negatives, and you’re met with positives…When it seems like everything going on is negative, it’s easier to move forward when you are
focused on the upside. There’s Always Something to remain positive about.”
