Tyler is just the latest rapper to join the coveted club in recent years. Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s classic 1999 record “Still D.R.E.” also surpassed one billion streams on Spotify in 2022.

The club also features rap and R&B superstars like The Weeknd, Eminem, and J. Cole, as well as pop stars such as Ed Sheeran and Harry Styles.

The massive achievement came after the pair’s “Still D.R.E.” music video surpassed a billion views on YouTube back in February, following a performance of the track as part of the Super Bowl LVI Halftime show.

As for Tyler, the Kali Uchis-assisted song from Tyler’s Flower Boy album has regained popularity as of late after going viral on TikTok. In an Instagram post on June 10, Robin shared a video of his son with ex Paula Patton performing the song at a school function.

It’s been a great year for Tyler, The Creator, and the Grammy-winning rapper reportedly copped a swanky new mansion in Bel-Air worth $13 million in March. Located in the glitzy Los Angeles neighborhood, the home was originally built in the early 1970s but was rebuilt from the ground up last year, and boasts a white stucco and wood-sided structure.

Musically, Tyler, The Creator also released the deluxe version of his Call Me If You Get Lost album in March. Titled The Estate Sale, the project features eight new songs with appearances from A$AP RockyYG and Vince Staples, along with production from Kanye West and Madlib.
