In anticipation of the memes that would ensue, the “90210” hitmaker shared an alteration of said image on his Instagram Story soon after it surfaced. In the edit, he can be seen wearing sunglasses with wired earphones in a manner reminiscent of LeBron James‘ heavily memed 2016 interview with ESPN.

The Miami Beach Police Department said Scott was arrested at 1:17 a.m. for inappropriate behavior on a charter boat at the Miami Beach Marina.

Law-enforcement officials told WSVN 7 News that he was arrested after refusing to leave the boat.

“He was drunk, causing a disturbance, and asked to leave multiple times,” police officers said about the incident.
