The Game is almost ready to drop Born 2 Rap, which he claims will be his last studio album. Ahead of the LP’s November 29 release date, the West Coast veteran unveiled the project’s official cover art and tracklist via Instagram.

“I promise another classic… my day 1 fans know what it is,” he wrote in the post’s caption. “I will not disappoint !!!!”

Game highlighted all of the pregnant women who participated in the album cover’s photoshoot and thanked the photographer for bringing his vision to life. He expressed his excitement for the LP before reflecting on the significance of his upcoming release.

“I’ve had a great run & surpassed my rap goals along time ago…. it’s by God’s grace that I’m able to still be here to deliver full projects at this caliber in an industry where I’ve seen artists come & go,” he noted. “It will always be ‘QUALITY’ over ‘QUANTITY’ from where I stand. The REAL music will always prevail & this album will cap off an amazing run. I’m grateful for all the producers & artists who’ve helped this album become what it is & I am more excited for my fans than I am for myself. This album will go #1…… because it’s CLASSIC !!!”

Born 2 Rap features over 20 songs and includes collaborations with the late Nipsey Hussle, Chris Brown, Ed Sheeran, 21 Savage, Mozzy, Dom Kennedy and Bryson Tiller, among others.

      1. Just because he’s featuring a couple of singers on his album, has nothing to do with his bars or the sound that came out of the collaboration. Now if he had guess appearances from GARBAGE MUMBLE MOUTH GIMMICK ATLANTA TRAP TRASH RAPPERS SUCH AS: THISE MEGOS BOYS, LITTLE UZI, ALL RAPPERS WITH NAME LITTLE, JUICE WORLD, YOUNG THUG BOY,AND JUICE WORLD BOY/ THEN AND ONLY THEN, WOULD I OR ANYONE SHOULD DOUBT THE GAMES ABILITY TO MAKE DOPE MUSIC AND COLLABORATIONS.

        1. Um, he has made songs with some of them. Migos, Young Thug, Trippie Redd, Lil Wayne (rapper with “Little” in his name), he even had Soulja Boy on that one Wolf album a few years back (forgot what it was called). Don’t be such a stan, responding to everybody that isn’t feeling the features. Get over yourself.

    1. Uhhhh 21 savage? I would much rather another Weezy feature or have a reunion track with 50. I’m sure the album will be nice though

      1. 50 is a piece of shit, why would anyone want to work with that backstabbing snake? And have you heard a Wayne feature in the last 10 years?

      1. Sounds like more great music from one the games hardest artist ever. LYRICALLY I’m am positive that this will be fire! I am locking forward to hearing real production, real hard BARS. Personally anything is better than hearing MUMBLE MOUTH GIMMICK ATLANTA TRAP TRASH PERIOD. No more music by the suckers! No more megos boys, Gucci man, juice world and all RAPPERS who’s names have LITTLE IN THEM OR BABY! NO MORE TRASH! I’m sure this Game album will be FIRE AS THEY ALL HAVE BEEN.

    2. This guy sold out as hard as he could to stay relevant. Ed Sheeran and 21 Savage. Might as well just piss on your talent.

      1. Out of respect to u my brother, your statement doesn’t make much since. Features don’t make you s sell out. The game has never sold out LYRICALLY/ He has always been razor sharp LYRICALLY. Selling out is making GIMMICK music, like 99.9 percent of all ATLANTA rappers have done and for a long period of time KILLED HIP HOP. EXAMPLE: MOMMA, THAT WAY, I PPP UP AT THE POP UP, SKERT SKERT, YEAH THAT WAY MOMMA! TRAAAAAAAASH BRO! THOSE ARE EXAMPLES OF SELL OUT TRAAAAAAASH!

        1. Listen to his old stuff. He had solid guest appearances and he actually flowed on the songs. Now we got him using that choppy crap flow and ed sheeran.

        2. Hes just another sing song flow garbage rapper. That’s the very definition of a sell out. Hes still going to flop, so he basically sold out for nothing.

    3. This is how Game wants to leave the game? 25 songs with 17 of them features including Ed Sheeran and Trey Songz. With an album cover that has a bunch of pregant women in the studio? WTF GAME

    4. 21 Savage and Nipsey were beefing up till before he died. Game ain’t loyal to Nipsey’s Memory at all.

    5. Didn’t Game say he wasn’t going to have features on this album? Guess that’s out the window.

          1. She can’t suck what ain’t there. Did you just get out of Rehab with Lil Xan too. I mean, Lesbian usually stick together, right?

            1. Haha I thought my dick was that small but yo mom’s got a nice skill to give me a boner to suck my mothafuckin dick hahaha toast to your ho ass mom and your god-knows-who father that probably be 20 people as a father list haha

    6. I expect this album to be debuted at 25 on Billboard 200. Album art is wack and tracklist features are wack too. I thought Born 2 Rap would be a hardcore west coast hip hop that The Game would proudly be called The West Coast King but man, it’s your final album. Wtf with Ed Sheeran?

      1. Oh and another one, I didn’t know The Game loves preggos lmao…. I seriously didn’t know he is into lactating and drinking and all that hahahaha

    7. Damn, the negativity is endless. You would think if no one had anything positive to say they wouldn’t say nothing at all, but that definitely seems not to be the case here. Well I’m proud of The Game, always been a fan and although I’m not feeling the album cover I understand my opinion doesn’t make the world rotate and I salute homie. I hope this album does well and looking forward to hearing it. Thank you The Game for all you done for hip hop. Quality over quantity always.

        1. Its almost 2 in the muthafuckin morn pimpin but i must commend you on that shit you said Bruh. Thanx i def got my 7 chuckles off. LMAO!!!

    8. A bunch of pregnant black women in the studio, smoking and drinking liquor… Game is part of the billionaire funded destruction of black America.

    9. He talks about quality over quantity but has over 20 songs on the Album and too many features…

Where’s your promised album without any features and name dropping?!?!

    10. I don’t know what to think about this album. I’ve already listened to it a couple times. He’s still dropping names like a mothafucka. Too much features and too much tracks for one album. It just drown the quality under a quantity that was not needed. 2/5

    11. It has some dope records… but, no Dre beats.. no Storch.. why not picked the top producers you worked with over the years? Hi-Tek, Cool&Dre.. Khalil.. Timbaland.. and some dope features.. did that maybe cost to much?

    12. Last album, shouldn’t have put so many features. Going out with everyone else rapping on it. Kinda lame if you ask me.

    13. That Nipsey track hits hard and The Code too, album is dope af – when you scroll through the comments here it’s easy to distinguish the virgins that listen to Lil Xan

      1. “everyone who dislikes (insert album) must listen to Lil Xan!” – Perosn Offended by those who do not like this album.

      2. I haven’t liked a Game track since Martians v. Goblins and this is weak and commercial trash. Not listenable except for a cpl songs and I am far from a Lil Xan listening virgin. It isn’t all Game’s fault. Most clout chasing irrelevant old rappers like him chase the new trends. Like BH said he should quit using Nip for profit. Listen to something produced by DJ Muggs, Alchemist, or Preemo to see how old guys can still do good hip hop that don’t need crappy pop rappers to sell records.

        1. We listening to the same commercial radio? This is the opposite of what gets radio play these days. That seems to be the catchall these days for I don’t like X.

    14. Overall great album with a controversial cover (people on this page aren’t very clever/ don’t understand, so they opt to hate instead). This commenting section is 99% full of half-wit losers who don’t have the heads to understand hip hop. You sad angry little pathetic trolls love to hate on a great amongst clowns who currently make up the rap game… who you goofs feel. Give your little keyboard warrior fingers a rest and go listen to your shit trap music& learn to keep your jealousy a little more under wrap, it’s really showing lol. God damn whiny little wieners, nothing better to do today? Nothing better to do any other day? Go listen to lil yachty or lil pump or lil uzi or whoever gets you lil bitches wet

      1. Ah yes, the cliched “they don’t like my favorite lyrical rapper, so they must listen to trash/mumble rap, they don’t understand lyrics, real hip hop, blah blah blah” comment. Where have I not seen this in the past 10 years?

      2. Lol, fuck off. All because someone doesn’t like the album, Game, or the shitty album cover doesn’t mean they listen to shitty music. It’s called opinion. Game hasn’t pumped out classic gangster rap in many many years. The album cover… Your essentially saying there is deeper meaning? Bullshit.

    15. Pregnant hoes drinking Big Gulps promoting that hood diabetes, what a stupid album cover. Is that one pregnant troll on the right rolling a joint? Ridiculous. The Game always bitched about how blacks are treated by cops, then here he is pushing for black women to ruin their babies in the womb and hand them over to drugs, crime and poverty. That’s what gets young black men shot, it’s the lack of a solid family life. Hood rats can’t raise gentlemen. Believe that. Game looks like a fat ass in that dirty ass sweatsuit. Go take a shower, Game. He looks like a bum off skid row.

      1. This is certainly not an instant classic… I don’t even think it’s very great. Just averagely good for Game. To me, it’s a cheesy way to pretend to do your last album… This won’t be hid last. Poor features, nothing special. Little to zero albums are instant classics, and this is not one of them. Game only has one instant classic, The Documentary. We knew it was a classic the first time we heard it.

      2. Sure, the album with a bunch of different prego women on the cover is in the same realm as Illmatic, Ready to Die, Chronic and Me Against the World in a day. FOH

    16. Not a good final album to leave the game with. Honestly, he won’t retire. They all lie and say that for buzz, then drop an album 3 years later. But for game to leave on this one… I’d expect a final album to have less features, or at least more old school features like he had started out with. Then, I’d expect more maturity, less “yo, NWA and Pac was my childhood, I’m a gangster, blood blood” shit. If 50 Cent ever comes out with Street King Immortal, I hope it’s a mature hiphop album, that gives great closure to his legacy. Not like this… This is not a mature rap album, or good way to close up a big legacy in my opinion! A good way to close up a rap legacy is with a song like Dr Dres “Talking To My Diary”. Dope, mature, classic sounding. I’m not saying that Dre Album Compton was good though, because that was easily the best beat on the album, and one of the only ones that had that signature Dr Dre sound, although he did not produce it.

    17. As a day one documentary fan. This shhh is disgustingly garbage. Bunch of retread rap classics & obvious radio attempts.

      1. Agreed. I was saying I hope if 50 cent ever drops Street King Immortal that it isn’t similar to this. Final albums should be instant classics, lower features or at least end it with the dudes u started with! Who the fuck wouldn’t have loved to here a 50 and game reunion on an album? They compliment each other better than any other combo they’ve done.

    18. I dont write comments but this needs to broken down.. the games last 2 releases were Perfect albums to go out on.. Documentary 2 was crisp, pure classic.. and 1992 was old skool hip hop, not much features just him.. i feel like those 2 would of been good albums to go out on.. but he aint going.. this is more of a radio album.. not his best but not his worst.. similar album to Jesus peice in regards to types of songs.. but this had some classics.. Hug the block is COLD, his sound has matured abit on this album, dead homies etc a few more.. but this aint his last album he’ll be back in 4-5 years

    19. I like Game. I like how this album is for rap nerds like me. There is melodies, choruses, covers of well known songs all over the place. I don’t know if that’s good for everybody but it is what it is I like it. Couple of inspirations I remember of the top: D’Angelo Devil’s Pie, 2Pac Picture Me Rollin, Common The Light, Junior Mafia Get Money, Nas Rewind, Big Pun Still Not A Player, and I’m sure there’s more. Like Hug The Block eg can’t remember where I heard this melody now but it’s there. I like the album.

      1. See, that is personally what I cannot stand about Game. Constantly name dropping, CONSTANTLY! Like, every other song shout outs people he was never riding with. Hell, if NWA had a reunion song they would talk less about the 90s than Game does. I just can’t get down with that. If game was less corny, more lyrical/honest, I’d likely be a huge fan. Just can’t get past it.

        1. I get what you say Jay and yes the namedropping still occur on this record but I was rather thinking about the beats, the melodies and some hooks. I’d imagine Game took some of his favourite songs and remade them as tributes I’d love if this was true and not done by accident. Btw another ones I found are LL Cool J Hey Lover and Slum Village Selfish. I love it lol

    20. I can’t get down to this, and honestly think game is corny, but if u wanna hear a super dope game song with Dre and Cube, check OUT “GAME : DON’T TRIP”.

    21. this was a bad album…easily his worst..an to be honest since he went independent his last few albums he production has suffered.. alot.. he should of retired after jesus piece cuz that was his last solid sounding album..hes lost what made his albums unique

    22. Some say its solid, others say it’s a classic. I say, he a one hit wonder! His best album was his first! Dr. Dre couldn’t do shit with him in the studio, so he went and got Fiddy to show him how to rap! But numbers don’t lie. let see how many units he sells the 1st two weeks. Under 100 thousand is a flop if you a major artist, but it’s okay if you independent. But since that project hoe tryin to eat all the crumb off the table like a hoe that ain’t never ate before, he not going to bank off the album anyway. Shows he might. But he either got to get all cash, or put the money in some one else name, then run and hide from the Irs lol! Money brings bitches, bitches spread lies!

    23. Honestly, it’s the best album by a mile he’s had since Doctor’s Advocate, which is about the only album of his that I really fuck with like that.

    24. Worst album he ever made… out of 25 songs only 5-6 are actually good… what a laughable shit Album… and he called this a classic. lmfao XD

    25. This nigga game is a little boy trapped in a man’s body. For him to have a daughter and come up with that album cover is unwise. He ain’t talking bout nothin new, nothin profound or inspiring, just the same Ol’ “Westsiiiide, I ma gangsta blood, name dropping”. For this to be his last album I guess he wanted the world to remember him as a mediocre. He needs to quickly grow up and do some serious soul searching or else, life will be harsh on him post his rap career.
