Rap Release Dates: Killer Mike, Oh No, Kid Cudi, Ja Rule

In the world of Hip Hop albums, the pushback date is king. Dates are moved all around and upside down, but thankfully some things we’ve been waiting for are actually going to surface. Speaking of kings, this week YMCMB’s Tyga finally brings Careless World: Rise of the Last King. After “Rack City” turned into a monster hit, it’s good to see Travie McCoy’s cousin is getting his album out. Don’t forget his “Kings & Queens” collabo with Nas and Wale. At the end of the month, it’s definitely looking like Ja Rule’s Pain is Love 2 (aka PIL2) will actually arrive (check the snippets ). However, there is no pre-order link for Kid Cudi and Dot Da Genius’ W Z R D. Did it move? We’ll find out.

Oh No definitely moved, as OhNoMite gets the ill bump to May 8. A week later, Killer Mike will drop R.A.P. Music. No 3’s in the album title this time, but the album will be produced entirely by El-P. On the same date we’re hearing Madchild’s Dope Sick will now arrive. Fans can check out his Little Monster EP in the meantime.

    1. Still no slaughthouse release date, idk about killer mike R.A.P. music that single wasn’t all that good to me. Also I’m waiting to some production from hi-tek and the flying lotus, and waiting to what bobby creek with stat quo has in stores, that track “alright, alright” was str8 fy’er.

    2. Oh No, GA Muldrow/Madlib and Premo’s new ish are the only joints on this list I’m coppin’. Lovin’ all the new Doom shit as well, can’t wait for those projects to drop; and what happened to the Necro/G Rap record?
