Pusha T Ends Beef With Drake: “It’s All Over”

Pusha T has officially brought the beef between him and Drake to a close, according to an interview with Vanity Fair.

“These conversations have been had and, to my knowledge, it’s all over. It’s all over with,” he said, adding that he wasn’t really sure what was “lost or gained” from the beef in the first place.

The G.O.O.D Music president also said he wants to stay focused on his craft.

“I’m ready to be back to the music for real,” he said. “Just feeding my base, that’s it. That’s the most important thing to me at all times.”

It seems the beef was mostly settled before King Push’s interview. Just a few days ago, J. Prince said he told Drake responding to “The Story of Adidon” would get him into “the pigpen with the pigs.”

Kanye West also put out a conciliatory message on Twitter over the weekend.

      1. Like I assumed I would have to do, I’ll have to put the final nail in Drake’s coffin in December. Drake Diss EP coming soon!! I have 10 songs written of which I will choose the final half dozen for the EP. Coming in December!!

Like Pusha T said, the stuff to rap about in terms of Drake is endless and there are “layers upon layers” to unpeel.

    1. I’d never throw my career down the shitter just to be forgotten about in a few years time, smfh.

      1. No. Basically this was the Minstrel show at its worst. Glad they’re not going to carry this shit on like Meek and him did a couple of years ago cooning with that nonsense they were on. Now, they can go back to collaborating on each others’ albums while Pusha T disses everybody with Cash Money for some lame beef he has with Baby from 15 years ago or some shit next time the mood strikes.

    2. Pusha clapped back hard, talked shit about Drake’s family, producer, exposed him for hiding a child and wearing blackface, Drake been a mute ever since so yeah Push won this easily, I like Drake too but he got bodied, no other word for it

      1. Prince isn’t a gangsta either, never has been. Bullshit cause he trying to sell a book right now. That’s why he jumped on this feud in the first place.

    3. Damn, pusha has to declare it over cause drake is a ghost. Literally nobody knows where he is at. Dude is hiding…lol. Pusha knows he killed him and no sense in battling someone thats too scared to battle. I mean after you knock someone out there is no point in hitting them again. They finished:0)

    4. You can’t beat a dead horse. Drake was scared of further exposure. Had to get other grown men involved with his beef. What a stand up guy. I hope he’s working on visitation with his son and a fair child support deal with his baby moms.

      1. Pusha T did the smart thing and went straight up raw hip hop in this battle. He didn’t allow it to turn into a teeny bopper popularity contest like Meek Mill did.

      1. Do u know what hip hop is lame . It dam sho ain’t drake . And drake threw the first blow . People like u would say anything out your mouth. A pair of lips smh

    5. The leanings on this site are crazy….J Prince had interviews AFTER Kanye sent that tweet saying things were dead, not before. And using that qoute as well kinda lets you know what time they’re on…

    6. I mean if Drake slept with Kim while they were still married, and Pusha T father is a Junkie..And Drake was going to put that in the Diss record… we all know that would had led to Needless violence. So I’m cool with Drake taking a L.

    7. Its over until Push needs a publicity stunt to sell his next album. I actually prefer Push to Drake by a long shot, but going on record that its squashed just two weeks after going hard on the offensive wreaks of a publicity stunt.

        1. Two years ago? Everyone forgot that until Infrared.

Two weeks later and Pusha has an album sitting at #2 in the rap chart and he’s calling a ceasefire? Ok.

          1. Ain’t nobody forget but your dum ass it takes Jay-Z 2 years to respond .u is a clown u don’t know about hip hop u just a dick rider

        2. How come if someone voices their opinion you have to respond by insulting like they said something about you? Just because you dont know your father and your mom is a ho doesnt mean you need to lash out, Adidon. Be a man dont be a fucking troll

          1. I know mines they good but don’t speak on anything u don’t know . So go tell drake to get u a shirt . Because he is not hip hop he is a entertainer??? Pusha T is lyrical what hip hop is . So tell drake u got a song u wrote for him.

    8. Let me guess you is 1 of drake ghost writer??? U on that mans dick and he don’t write his own lyrics. He is a entertainer not hip hop clown . Do your homework before u speak

    9. It was over when he released story of adidon, after baiting Aubrey with infrared. This is hip hop It’s about lyrics, not a teeny bopper popularity contest that meek mill fell into with Aubrey

    10. Man, fuuuuuug all of them………..This was the weakest and shortest beef in rap history. It was hyped up and fizzled out quick because too many people behind the scenes got involved. Hip Hop is dead and ran by a bunch of money hungry snakes.

    11. You definitely need someone to write your comments for you cause this piss poor grammar and redundant insults just aren’t hitting home

    12. If you know you know and you obviously don’t know. This all started with lil wayne swagger jacking and back then before cornballs like you listened to rap that was a no no. Mr. Me too was torwards wayne because of that when being original mattered.

      1. Swagger jacking? Haha, i guess Pusha T was swaggerjacking Pharell then.. He liked the clothes and wore them. It`s that simple.

        1. Pharell was with the Clipse. Lil Wayne disrepected Pharell in multiple interviews and Birdman didnt pay the neptunes( Pharell and Chad) for a track they made together. Pusha T was right for going after them.

    13. Wayne started it by saying “Who gives a fuck about the Clipse” in an interview when he was questioned about wearing Bape.. him and Pusha went back n forth until Drake jumped in it on the “Dreams Money Can Buy” freestyle.. they have been sparring every since.. and you already know how that turned out

    14. This was lame from the start and a waste of time for the public and now can HHDX stop talking about this rainbow fruit who has been raping underage children

      1. He made a good decision unlike meek mill he went at him directly after their friendship.. Pusha and drake beef extends back to 09 he didnt wanna peal back more layers and dissolve him so he just let it go out of respect for ye remember drake was once his fan he even owned a mic of him do your research homie

      1. Drake didnt respond to pusha even got his own OG targetted for that text message that was sent…hold this L

        1. Anyone thinking the text is part of the L has a serious comprehension problem….Pusha is happy as hell the text wasn’t dealt with….

      1. Really? Dude managed to beat out a pop artists, not a real mc. Going after soft targets make pusha look weak. He’s got some bars, but it feels like they were kind of wasted.

    15. Can we just call it a track battle or something else and not the clickbait title beef? Does not meet the BIG definition. HHDX step your game up

    16. Now that pusha showed the fans and the industry who drake is, we will get a bunch of new up and coming rappers going after drakes head. Nobody is afraid of him now. He displayed that he isnt the “don” he claims to be.

    17. This makes pusha t look really corny. OK I don’t wanna play anymore after I dropped my album and said some super disrespectful shit. No tag backs. I’m team pusha all day but this just makes him look wack. He’s gonna say drakes name to move his album
