PnB Rock has added his name to the list of rappers who’ve dropped a double LP. The Philly-bred artist accomplishes the feat with the release of his sophomore studio effort TrapStar Turnt PopStar.
The first portion of the album represents The TrapStar while the second half is billed as The PopStar. PnB’s 18-track project includes collaborations with Quavo, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Lil Durk and the late XXXTENTACION, among others.

PnB Rock’s new project TrapStar Turnt PopStar is scheduled to drop this Friday (May 3). With its release date quickly approaching, the Atlantic Records artist has unveiled the tracklist for the upcoming double album.
“WHAT YALL BEEN WAITIN FOR,” he wrote on Instagram. “ITS UP #TSTPS SHOUTOUT TO EVERYBODY WHO PLAYED A PART IN HELPIN ME CREATE THIS MASTERPIECE WORK OF ART MAY 3RD.”
The first half of PnB’s sophomore studio LP features appearances by the late XXXTENTACION, Quavo, Lil Durk, Tee Grizzley and Mally Mall. The second portion includes collaborations with A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Tory Lanez, Lil Skies and Diplo.

Double LP? It’s 18 songs…One album normally is around that number of songs anyways
Looks like it’s the norm now where songs and albums are hella short (2 minute songs or 25 minute albums, smh) so this looks like a long ass album for today’s short attention span crowd.

Another artists that cant live without a feature and its especialy evident when you actualy hear him on a track of his own this flavor of the month just needs to go away and get his ass beaten some more out in his own streets
I swear, it’s hard to tell who is who now. Most of these new “rappers” sound bland as hell and do the whole trap, sing-rap bullshit. Hardly any originality.
