Nipsey Hussle reportedly spent Monday night (August 28) in a jail cell after he was stopped by the LAPD for allegedly parking illegally in an accessible parking spot.
He was stopped around 9 p.m. PST and after police ran his plates, a few outstanding warrants popped up, so they arrested the West Coast rap vet.
The warrants were issued for traffic violations — nothing serious. By 5 a.m. Tuesday morning (August 29), the “Fuck Donald Trump” rapper was back in the studio, where he made an Instagram videos for his fans.
In the caption he wrote, “Fucc LAPD y’all can’t stop GOD!!!!”
“I just bailed out on some bullshit traffic warrants,” Nipsey said in the video. “What y’all doing at 5 in the morning? I slept with 77th on a cold-ass bench, and I’m back in the lab. Nigga, y’all can’t knock my vibe right now, can’t take my inspiration at all. It’s not going to happen.”
In addition to working on new music, Nipsey just invested in an Amsterdam-based cryptocurrency company, which he announced last week.
