I’m ’bout to recite viruses on whoever’s mic this is,” MGK raps. “Y’all won’t give me my flowers, but y’all hypin’ this?/ Ears must be damaged, someone Mike Tyson’d it/ The flow’s tight like Ice Spice’s fit/ But my ricks loose like my 4X white tee in 2006!

MGK teamed up with Cordae to freestyle over Central Cee’s “Doja” beat for his first offering in the series, then dissed Jack Harlow over JAY-Z’s “Renegade” beat for the follow-up. The latter was seemingly in response to Harlow proclaiming that he’s “the hardest white boy” to pick up a microphone since Eminem.

Make sure there’s no confusions/ I’m a great white, I can eat these barracudas/ See who I am? You’re stupid, it’s nice to meet you/ I just put this hole in the ground for you like a soccer cleat shoe/ I see why they call you Jackman, you jacked man’s whole swag/ Give Drake his flow back, man, I eat rappers like Pac-Man,” he raps over the Eminem and Luis Resto-produced beat.

Machine Gun Kelly is currently working on his first rap album since 2019’s Hotel Diablo. His last two albums, 2022’s Mainstream Sellout and 2020’s Tickets To My Downfall, were both pop-punk centered albums.

“I’m going to make a rap album for myself,” he told Audacy last year. “For no other reason, no point to prove, no chip on my shoulder. If I keep doing things to prove things to people, I’m going to one, drive myself crazy, and two, not make a good product. I made Tickets and Mainstream Sellout because I wanted to make them. I need to now also make people miss that sound.”

“I’m going to do this tour and I’m gonna step into where I left Hotel Diablo and expand on my storytelling as a rapper and find a new innovative sound for the Hip Hop Machine Gun Kelly. That’s where my excitement is and where me as a music archaeologist wants to explore.”

His first offering from the forthcoming effort is the dynamic three-part track, “Pressure.” Listen to it here.
