Kanye West and Kid Cudi have once again squashed their beef.
Kanye and his one-time protégé have had on-and-off issues dating back years, but the two were pictured together at West’s listening party in Las Vegas on Thursday (December 14) for his collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign, Vultures.

Cudi also appears to be featured on the project, which would mark their first collaboration since their joint album Kids See Ghosts, released in 2018.
The Man On the Moon rapper is said to appear on the track “Gun to My Head,” although Vultures has yet to be released on streaming services despite a planned release date of today (December 15).

Kanye West and Kid Cudi have had a tumultuous history ever since the Lonely Stoner signed to West’s G.O.O.D. Music imprint in 2008.
Their most recent spat came last year when Ye decided to cut Cudi from his Donda 2 album due to his relationship with comedian Pete Davidson, who was dating West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian at the time.

“I’m not one of your kids. I’m not Kim. It don’t matter if I’m friends with Pete or not friends with Pete. None of this shit had anything to do with me,” Cudi said in response to the omission.
“If you can’t be a grown man and deal with the fact that you lost your woman? That’s not my fucking problem. You need to own up to your shit like every man in this life has. I’ve lost women, too. And I’ve had to own up to it. I don’t need that in my life. I don’t need it.”
The Cleveland native also vowed to never work with Kanye again after the release of Pusha T‘s “Rock N Roll,” which featured both artists.
“I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye. I am not cool w that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz thats my guy,” he wrote on X. “This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye.”

Ye later mocked Cudi after he was pelted by a bottle and walked off stage during his headlining performance at Rolling Loud Miami.
The two had previously exchanged public remarks in 2016, before reconciling two years later to release Kids See Ghosts.

Kid Cudi is not the only member of Kanye West’s previously tight G.O.O.D. Music circle to fall out with the rapper. Pusha T cut ties with West last year and resigned as head of the label, while John Legend claims their friendship ended over West’s controversial political ambitions.
Big Sean was also called out by the Chicago rap mogul on an episode of Drink Champs last year.
