    1. Good to see rappers getting money. Their are a couple of surprises on their, Meek made a lot of money in Jail, I’m a little surprise kendrick beat out Drake, Kendrick is the better rapper but it seems like drake has like a zillion endorsement deals. This is the first time I can remember seeing Nas on this so that’s dope.

      1. ????for real, let’s get it….not to mention Nas damn near made $100 million from a company that sold for a billion dollars that he had invested in.

    2. Notice how Forbes have never once classed Will Smith as Hip Hop on any of their lists because every year until the last 2 he’s out earned every single person on the list hahahaha

      1. Probably because this is he first year in almost a decade… if not more where we actually got MUSIC from Will Smith. This year he not only release music but also performed a few shows.

    3. Hip Hop Culture is never going to stop dreaming because that how dreams become TRU ! Song of the Day Akon , Tupac , Biggie ( Ghetto )

    4. Okay, so maybe Nas isn’t as broke as he used to be, but $35 mill still ain’t shit compared to $76 mill or $810 mill total net worth. Kelis is ready to go ham on spilling the beans about that woman beater Nas. Nas can play victim all he wants but the judges will look at facts and we all know hood rat bitches don’t play around. So Nas will end up being broke again anyways. And King HOV and Queen BEY will still live happily ever after. It’s the ROC!

      1. and yet he’s worth hundreds of millions more than you ever will be, he’s a cultural icon like you’ll never be, he definied a genre of music like you never will, he’s travelled the world 1st class like you never will be, he beat your hero in battle, has an album in every MCs TOP 10 like you never will, he’s etched his name in the history books LIKE YOU NEVER WILL!!!

    5. I’m surprised Cole is so high on this list, but good for him. Also Kendrick out here making better music and getting more money than Drake wow.

    6. I’m the best rapper in the world YouTube me Mr.Latin America type in (my taste) And I recorded the same song it’s labeled untitled when I put my song title the internet hacked it and didn’t put the name I typed in it I typed in my taste and someone somehow made it not go through at YouTube head quarters or wherever they did that from Mr.Latin America and the government with the president’s are still conspiracy to murder me they will all lose I’ll win no matter what Mr.LatinAmerica

      1. Brother you gotta be smart in this game of music. Those situations happen frequently. Learn from the greatest Ray Charles, Prince, etc. etc. Peace

      2. don’t bother unless you want to sell your soul. music generally on the inside isn’t what a lot of people think, especially the young.

    7. I’m not going 2 hate on the brothers . I’m sure they’re both doing something to help the less fortunate people. Sometimes we only find charitable events after life is over.
      God bless them .

    8. P Diddy isn’t a hip hop performer. He made a fortune ripping off Biggie. That’s it. He’s a hucksters, not an artist.

    9. It marks the first time Nas has made the list since emerging with Illmatic in 1994. Who’s responsible for this incorrect journalism?
