Roddy Ricch is getting ready to drop some new tunes. The Compton-based rapper took to socials to tease The Big 3 EP, and revealed he’ll soon be dropping 3 new songs titled “Real Talk,” “Tootsies” and “No Mop.”

Roddy, unfortunately, didn’t disclose a release date for the EP, but the new tracks will be the first new batch of music fans have received from him since his 2021 sophomore effort Live Life Fast, which featured appearances from 21 Savage, Bibi Bourelly, Alex Isley, Future, Fivio Foreign, Jamie Foxx, Gunna, Kodak Black, Takeoff, Lil Baby and Ty Dolla Sign. The project debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and earned 62,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.

Aside from obviously working on new music, Roddy has been spending his 2022 summer on the road. The “Die Young” rapper recently made an appearance at Hot 97 Summer Jam, where he led an epic “fuck NYPD” chant following his arrest, and ultimate dismissal, of weapon possessions charges on June 11 in New York City. Roddy is also set to hit the road with Post Malone as part of the singer’s Twelve Carat Toothache North American Tour.
