Along with Kenya Barris, the creator of ABC’s fan-favorite show Black-ish, Cudder extended his gratitude to several of his high-level collaborators, such as Fletch Moules, who was the art director for the blockbuster animated film Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace.

“I am so proud of every single person involved who helped bring my vision to life,” he said. “From the animators but more specifically Fletch Moules, to the voice actors, my BEAUTIFUL team at Netflix: The mega awesome cool guy Mike Moon and the ever so lovely and sweet Elizabeth Porter, everyone showed up with their A game and delivered. While the release date for Entergalactic has yet to be announced, the tail end of the teaser trailer indicates it will debut sometime this fall. The series will be accompanied by a new album of the same name from Kid Cudi, with the first single “Do What I Want” dropping Friday (June 10).

Entergalactic is somewhat of an extension of Kid Cudi’s recent entrepreneurial expansion, which has manifested in several forms, including his upcoming clothing line Members of the Rage.

The Man On The Moon III lyricist also helped oversee the global launch of Encore, the live music streaming app he co-founded with Ian Edelman, with whom he worked on HBO’s How To Make It In America and who is also serving as an executive producer and writer for Entergalactic.
