Latto’s new song is already taking over TikTok with a viral dance challenge, and it hasn’t even dropped yet.
The Atlanta lyricist previewed a new song called “Wheelie” on her Instagram on Saturday (February 5), and not even a week later the preview seems to have kickstarted its own viral dance challenge on TikTok. Latto shared a few of her favorite routines in a carousel of posts on the gram on Wednesday (February 9).
“This mf ain’t even out yet,” she wrote in the caption.
Speaking of new music, Latto recently consulted with her 1.6 million fans on Twitter for song ideas when she was en route to the studio on January 24.

“Otw to the studio what should I make a song about,” she asked. Fans were quick to respond, with many of them saying they wanted the “He Say She Say” rapper to go “back to her roots” musically.
While Latto has been busy working on new music for 2022, she closed out 2021 with a handful of accomplishments. Her funk-infused single “Big Energy” cracked the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, and hit a new high on Tuesday (February 8) when it peaked at #34.
“Time for the remix?” she asked on Instagram after showing “Big Energy’s” latest chart position.
