French Montana has been putting work in during the quarantine and he’s quite proud of the results.

On Tuesday (February 2), the Coke Boys founder showed off his abs with a shirtless photo on Instagram and offered some words of wisdom in the process.

“NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF,” he wrote. “don’t let nobody speed up your process! LIFE’S TRAGEDIES TURN TO LIFE’S GOALS ! THANK U FOR THE MOTIVATION.”

And a few of his legendary peers arrived in the comments to support French’s fitness journey, with both Busta Rhymes and Jadakiss leaving multiple flexed bicep emojis.

According to French, he has a JAY-Z feature coming down the pipeline – so it’s only right he’s getting ready to look the part. Appearing on DJ Semtex’s Hip Hop Raised Me podcast last month, the “Pop That” rapper said that he just recently found the perfect record for their collab and Hov is down.

“The only person I haven’t worked with yet, and we just found the song – I mean, I worked with him on other people’s songs, but me and him never had like, you know, one of the Montana hooks – is JAY-Z,” he explained. “And we finally found the song. We just finally found the song. Me and him been going back and forth so, hopefully that’ll go down.”

He explained he was in the studio with Hov and another artist, and when Hov heard the song French played, he was hooked.
