Tekashi 6ix9ine isn’t letting his snitch reputation stifle his creativity. Shortly after getting off house arrest, the polarizing rapper dropped a new single called “Punani” and headed to Brooklyn to shoot a video for the track — in broad daylight.
In photos of the video set, 6ix9ine is surrounded by a gang of people as well as several armed security guards as he chops it up with the video’s producer, seemingly without a care in the world.
On Sunday (August 2), 6ix9ine shared a clip of the new visual to his (now active) Instagram account. In one scene, he boldly holds large stacks of cash in front of a fleet of exotic cars and raps, “Jiggy lil’ bitch, jiggle on the dick/Watery, she puckerin’ and shit. Guzzle, guzzle it/Eat it, she a doggie ass bitch/Muzzle up her shit/She just want the ecstasy and shit/Drippy, drippy in this bitch.”
He also seemingly bragged about his ability to wander around the streets of New York City in the caption while claiming “King Of New York” once again.

“IM FREE !!” he wrote. “LINK IN BIO LINK IN BIO WHO SAID WE AINT OUTSIDEEEEEE .PUNANI. BROOKLYN THIS MY TOWN NEW YORK THIS MY CITYYYY YOU HEAR ME!?!?! KING OF FUCKING NEW YORK YA COULD NEVA DO WHAT I DID AND BE OUTSIDE DUMMY!”
6ix9ine was released from house arrest on Saturday (August 1) after completing roughly 24 months in prison for racketeering. The 24-year old received a significantly reduced sentence after he agreed to become the government’s star witness at the trial of known Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison last October.
As a result of 6ix9ine’s testimony, Mack and Ellison were convicted and he skated the 47 years in prison he was originally facing. During the process, he earned the nickname “Snitch9ine” on social media and has been shunned by many of his peers for agreeing to cooperate with the feds.

But evidently that doesn’t matter to his fans. His first post-prison video “GOOBA” quickly smashed Eminem’s YouTube record for the most views in a 24-hour period, while his second single “TROLLZ” featuring Nicki Minaj debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
