Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Testimony Helps Convict Ex-Fellow Gang Members

Nine Trey members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack went to trial last month in the alleged robbery and kidnapping of Tekashi 6ix9ine. During the proceedings, the embattled rapper took the stand as the government’s star witness.

As a result of 6ix9ine’s testimony, Ellison and Mack have both been found guilty of various charges. TMZ reports Ellison was found guilty of kidnapping in aid of racketeering as well as racketeering conspiracy and maiming and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.

He was found not guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. Subsequently, a jury didn’t reach a verdict on the firearms offense charge.

Mack was found guilty of racketeering conspiracy and narcotics trafficking.

6ix9ine identified Ellison as the mastermind of the 2018 kidnapping. Dash cam footage captured by 6ix9ine’s driver caught a good majority of the incident on video.

Elsewhere in the trial, 6ix9ine named Jim Jones and Cardi B as Bloods gang members. He also detailed the inner workings of the Nine Trey enterprise. Consequently, many of his peers — including Snoop Dogg and The Game — have labeled him a “snitch.”

However, the 23-year-old is reportedly not concerned with their opinions and plans to resume his rap career as soon as he’s released from prison. Due to his cooperation, he could be out as early as the top of 2020.

    1. I grew up as an urban kid but I was not adjacent to or embedded in “the street world” like so many of these rappers want to be or portray themselves to be. It’s sad the way that the culture has degenerated in this way, where people want to create and cultivate these larger than life personalities in interviews, social media postings, etc., and even take it to the level of having relationships with really sketchy characters in the name of burnishing their reputations. Then when things eventually go sideways or there is some really bad incident that happens to them, then here come the lawyers and publicists who want to stress the artist’s “mainstream citizen” bona fides, if you want to be an entertainer and get rich, be about that– but all this extra carrying on of being “affiliated” with this faction or that clique, or allegedly being some big deal “hustler” pre-fame, it’s all a bunch of damned silliness. Non-celebrities are paying the price for thinking the gang life or dope dealing are all that, and these rappers out here want to play games.

    2. They couldve handled that situation real differentlt and got their bread without all the cops being called on them n shit. Dummies

    3. If somone burgled your house in the middle of the night and you wake up and all your shits gone. And you call the police cause you need to for your insurance. .. .. is that snitching?
