Tekashi 6ix9ine is determined to see his daughter once he’s released from house arrest on August 2nd.
According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper is planning to take his ex-girlfriend Sara Molina to court in order to come to a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old child, Saraiyah.
Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, says the only reason Tekashi hasn’t seen his daughter since home confinement is to protect her, considering his sentence was significantly reduced after testifying against members of Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Sara claims 6ix9ine hasn’t done enough to show that he wants to be a part of their daughter’s life, and that he will only be allowed to see Saraiyah on her terms.
Despite their disagreement going down the legal route, 6ix9ine’s mother has had permission to see her granddaughter during the time that he’s been in prison and on house arrest.

In May, Sara called out 6ix9ine for not protecting their daughter’s safety and using her as an excuse to snitch on gang members.
“This is a man that is all for himself, apologizing to his fans but not his daughter who he completely neglects and doesn’t support or give AF about her safety,” she wrote it in Instagram post.
Saraiyah is the eldest of 6ix9ine’s two daughters, who have different mothers. His youngest child, Briella Iris, is with a woman named Marlayna, which was only made public in December in a court hearing.

6ix9ine isn’t the only rapper Sara has recently clashed with. Last month, Future posted a series of cryptic tweets including, “She belong to the streets” and “Let the streets cover her tab.” Fans speculated he was talking about Molina after she was involved in a Lil Tjay music video; Molina later posted something seemingly aimed at the Atlanta rapper.
“With 9 baby mommas, sir you’re more for the streets than me,” she appeared to say to Future on her Instagram Stories.
