It’s no secret Kanye West is passionate about his work. So it shouldn’t be much of a surprise when he was shut out of the 2007 VMAs after getting 5 nominations that Mr. West would be relatively pissed off. But to what degree we have to find out firsthand.
After losing in categories for “Video of the Year”, “Male Artist of the Year”, “Quadruple Threat of the Year”, “Best Editing in a Video” and “Best Director” (for “Stronger” with Hype Williams), it was evident that West was thoroughly upset.
