Dame Dash has responded to photographer Monique Bunn’s $50 million sexual battery lawsuit. In a lengthy Instagram video, the Hip Hop mogul shared a clip of Bunn at his home in which he’s accusing Bunn of robbing him.

His partner Raquel Horn explains in the video she sent Bunn to the store to pick up two hard drives for the photos she was taking for Dash’s clothing company, Poppington.

When she returned, she had allegedly purchased a $3,000 iPad, 256GB iPhone, CD reader and a few other accessories. Toward the end of the clip, Dash says the total amounted to around $5,000.

Dash believes the lawsuit is an extortion attempt and nothing more.

“This is what setting up a black man looks like live..first they come into your house, then they try to rob you…when they get caught they try to make a good guy look like a bad guy ..then try to extort you,” he wrote in the caption. “#chrisbrownthelawyer is clearly the ring leader of this conspiracy.

“this is his third lawsuit he has personally filed against me in a year…from what I hear the FBI should be doing their job. This is what really happened …keep trying- I’m on point at all times.”

But according to Bunn, Dash gave her permission, saying, “Get what you need so you can get right,” something Dash denies. [apple_news_ad type=”any”]

Bunn filed a $50 million lawsuit with the U.S. District Court on Thursday (December 26), accusing Dash of sexual battery.

“While Bunn was sleeping, Dash approached Bunn and placed his hand on Bunn’s breasts and placed hands/fingers on Bunn’s buttocks,” the criminal complaint reads. “Dash did not have the permission or consent to touch Bunn’s sexual organs. Dash was wearing a robe and had no underwear on. Dash had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day.”

The woman also accused Dash of stealing her things, which he says he was attempting to mail back to her. The video ends with, “Monique Bunn never sent an address for us to return her things. It’s sitting in a box waiting. Chris Brown the Lawyer is currently being investigated by the FBI for extortion.”

He didn’t directly comment on Bunn’s sexual battery claims.
