K.A.A.N. has teamed up with acclaimed producer Ski Beatz for a collaborative album titled Requiem For A Dream Deferred. Before the LP officially drops on Friday (September 20), Redefinition Records gives HipHopDX readers an opportunity to enjoy an advance stream of the project.
The 13-track album is produced entirely by Ski, who’s best known for his work on JAY-Z’s Reasonable Doubt and Camp Lo’s Uptown Saturday Night.
“What stood out to me about K.A.A.N. was his confidence and creativity,” Ski said of his latest collaboration. “He really created some amazing work over my beats! Everything that happens organically is always going to sound right. I was glad that I was able to provide him with what he needed to get it done. Perfect fit.”
