When Suge Knight went to prison in 1996, a lot of things changed. His Death Row label fell into the ultimate depths of wackness, rappers took liberties with dissin him, and construction ceased on a house he was building for kids in California. Now that he’s a free man, things are back to the way they were before he got locked up, including re-starting of construction on the house.
Suge is having a house built on a 1.8-acre lot in Cali’s San Fernando Valley. It will be complete with a swimming pool, movie theatre, and will come through at nearly 9,000 square feet. The house will be for under-privileged children.
Despite Suge’s good intentions, neighbours are protesting the construction, saying that Suge will move in and throw wild parties. There have been no reports that he intends to move in.
