Looks like Jay-Z may be making a quick return to the courtroom soon. A woman by the name of Demme Ulloa is suing Jigga over copyright infringements after she wasn’t paid any royalties for her part in the hit single, “Izzo (H.O.V.A)”. Apparently, she has not received a penny from DefJam after her contribution and is taking DefJam, Universal Music, Roc-A-Fella Records and Jigga to court and hopes to stop the selling of the single and claim $1 Million in damages. A hearing will take place on November 8th to decide whether the single should be shelved or not.
