With Fifth Harmony no longer in the rearview mirror, Keep Cool/RCA’s very own Normani is setting the stage to have a breakout year with her upcoming solo debut (slated for a Q1 2019 release).
Her new single “Waves” utilizes the talents of the red-hot 6LACK as they seemingly effortlessly create harmony atop a liquid melody and in-sync harmonization.
During an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats1, the R&B starlet broke down the song’s origins and expressed her excitement for the new year (which will find her opening for Ariana Grande on her Sweetener World Tour).
