The Game has scored a minor victory in his pending sexual assault case. On Thursday (October 25), a judge dismissed a warrant for his arrest. According to TMZ, the judge dropped the warrant after The Game’s attorneys forked over the financial documents requested over three weeks ago.

Pricilla Rainey, the woman at the center of the case, was awarded a $7 million judgment for a 2015 alleged sexual assault when she was a contestant on VH1’s She Got Game.

The Los Angeles rap vet has yet to give Rainey a single penny.

Pricilla Rainey, the woman who won a $7 million judgement against The Game for a 2015 alleged sexual assault, reportedly wants Mr. LA Confidential behind bars. According to The Blast, The Game has filed several motions asking the judge to throw out his active warrant.

But on (Wednesday) October 17, Rainey filed legal documents to fight his efforts to have the warrant dismissed.

The former She Got Game contestant alleges The Game failed to relinquish financial information involving his marijuana business and other entertainment companies. Rainey reportedly believes he’s made hundreds of thousands of dollars from his various ventures and can afford to cough up some loot.

Rainey also claims he hasn’t released his bank statements as ordered and “has still not described the numerous large cash deposits made by him during the relevant period.”

The Game’s warrant remains active until the judge can make a decision.

During production of the VH1 reality show, Rainey accused The Game of sexually assaulted her by forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to touch her bare vagina and buttocks. A jury eventually awarded Rainey $7 million in the case.

The Game filed for a new trial but that request was denied in September. After he failed to show up for court earlier this month, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
