One half of CNN, Capone was detained this past week after police in North Carolina found an uncontrolled substance in his airport hotel room.
Kiam Holley (Capone) was charged with drug possession with intent to sell and distribute. Capone was helping Noreaga promote his new album, “Grimey: God’s Favorite” on the same day. Capone was able to post a $1,500 bond and was released.
As HipHopDX has reported before this is the second time Capone has been arrested in the space of two months, the first of which he will be in court for later next month.
