The $40,000-a-month New York, New York condominium rented monthly by Jay-Z is under contact to be sold, according to the New York Post.
The 4,800-square-foot Time Warner Cable Center luxury condo where the Brooklyn-born rap mogul has been living since September 2005 is under contract through the Corcoran Group real estate firm and is expected to sell for $27 million.
Located on the 76th floor, amenities include four bedrooms, five and 1/2 bathrooms, twelve-foot ceilings, a library, a formal dining room and one of a limited number of private terraces.
Jay-Z purchased a $6.85 million penthouse in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, however, he had been staying in the Time Warner Center while his own place was being renovated.
