Kevin Gates has made his gradual return to Instagram over the past few days, posting a handful of photos and video.
In the most recent upload, a video shared on Wednesday (May 9), Gates recorded video of himself enjoying dinner with his family (even getting a mild scolding from his five-year-old daughter after attempting to drop a few bars at the dinner table).
“Miss 4 birthdays – 2 graduations but I never complained – fuck it,” Gates wrote in the caption to the video.
Another video, which was uploaded on Monday (May 7), shows a blinged-out Gates on set for what seems like a video shoot.

Before this week, Instagram posts from Gates have been few and far between following his release from prison in January and issues with traveling outside of Illinois.
Gates also let loose several posts on Twitter, making cryptic references to truth and regret.
“I might of did or said things that I later on regretted – but I never apologized fuck dat – #imHim,” Gates tweeted on Wednesday (May 9).
