Weeks after Ralo was arrested at Peachtree-DeKalb Airport on drug trafficking charges, the Atlanta rapper is continuing to maintain his innocence.
11 Alive News reports that Ralo and the nine others arrested in mid-May have pleaded not guilty.
The latest update in Ralo’s case comes as the Southern rapper remains behind bars with the hope that his lawyer will manage to get him released on bond.
Ralo currently faces multiple federal counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Additionally, 11 Alive reports that the federal government also wants Ralo to forfeit numerous possessions, including the West End, Atlanta apartment complex he owns.
During Ralo’s arrest on April 15, 440 pounds of marijuana, which equates to almost $1 million’s worth of pot, was found on a plane that allegedly made a drug run from California to Georgia.
