Jay-Z’s comeback album, Kingdom Come is expected to break first-week sales for 2006 and will land at number one on the charts by next week.

In the midst of whirlwind promotion including the Hanger Tour, which included seven shows in less than 24 hours in Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, New Jersey, Chicago, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, Jay-Z will be seeing the benefits of his work when next week’s charts are released.

The sales of his latest album are projected to reach 850,000 units by next week according to hitsdailydouble.com. He is expected to beat out the old record for the year held by the Rascal Flatts.
