Warren G, who stormed onto the scene, along with Nate Dogg, with the G-Funk classic Regulate, is back with his fourth studio album.

Return of the Regulator is due for a December 4 release on Universal Music, a label Warren G took a pay cut to join. His first two albums 1994’s Regulate…The G Funk Era, and 1997’s Take a Look Over Your Shoulder were released by Def Jam. Warren’s latest LP, 1999’s I Want it All, was a minor hit for Restless Records, a label he regrets ever working for.

Return of the Regulator features guest spots by Warren G’s old pals Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Dr. Dre, and W.C. El DeBarge and George Clinton will also check in for old school cameos.
