Mic Media released the various compilations “Lyricist Lounge Vol. 2” last year with Rawkus. This album was a gigantic success so Mic Media decided to release a fresh compilation entitled “Underground Airplay 1.0”. This collection will feature artists like Priest, Masta Ace, Punch & Words, Mystic and The X-ecutioners . Perhaps you by now have heard the first single by Mos Def “Jam On It”.

Underground Airplay 1.0 is the first in a three part series from Mic Media, which is the new label founded by the founders of the Lyricist Lounge. Fans can anticipate the next installment of Underground Airplay to drop in Mid-February.
