After the Amsterjam show in New York, Busta Rhymes and his
entourage headed down NY streets enjoying the night’s festivites past and the
ones to come.  With Busta and crew riding along Sixth Avenue, Roberto Lebron, a
19-yr old Bronx native was walking along the
same road and spat into the street, he said the spit hitting Busta’s
car was just an accident because the car coincidentally drove by at the same
time.

Allegedly, the rapper kicked him in the face and tossed his sneakers down the
street before leaving him in a bloody heap in the street.  The New York
Times has posted a picture of the damage done to his face and a full story to
boot.  Whether the rapper was brought in on trumped up charges in hopes of
questioning about his bodyguards death earlier this year, will have to wait,
until this story boils over.

It was after all, four in the morning in the streets of New York after a concert, but regardless, in
comparison to a gun or  a knife, this teens saliva was more disturbing to
the crew.

This is how the incident reportedly went down:

“Homie, did you just spit on my car?” Busta asked
the teen after he stepped out of his Maybach, according to Lebron.

“I said, ‘Sorry, I didn’t mean to,’ “ said Lebron,
who was out with several friends. “I said, ‘We’re big fans of yours.’ And
that’s the last thing I said.

Then one of his people hit me in the face, and I fell to the
ground. While I was on the ground, he was kicking me, and he kicked me in my
face.”

Lebron suffered a concussion along with abrasions and lacerations. Rhymes
was arrested after the Amsterjam
Randalls Island
concert Saturday.

Before Rhymes was released Sunday, homicide detectives tried to quiz
him about what he saw when his bodyguard, Israel Ramirez,  was
gunned down.

Busta, steadfast, stuck to his stop snitchin motto and said, “I got
a lawyer,” he told detectives, according to a source. “I’ve got
nothing to say about that. I already told you that.”
