Good news this morning for anyone looking for a mansion and who has $20 million to spare. Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman has put up his Miami home for exactly that price.
The Real Deal has reported that the house has more amenities than your average town. It comes with “100 feet of water frontage with a dock for a 100-foot yacht, a volleyball court, movie theater, chef’s kitchen, two wine cellars, a pool, and a summer kitchen with a pizza oven.”
Because it would be pointless to have just one wine cellar. It also comes with two garages, which can facilitate six cars between them.
The record label exec, whose Cash Money Records is home to massive artists like Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, also had seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to choose from.

However, listing agent Brett Harris has said that Birdman has grown tired of having such a massive house, and is looking for a smaller option in the same part of Florida. “It’s too much home for him,” said Harris.
Birdman is facing an ongoing lawsuit from Lil Wayne, and made the 2017 Forbes List for the richest Hip Hop personalities, coming in at #4 with $110 million.
