Two bouncers were injured when gunshots rang out during Kanye West’s Birmingham gig in the United Kingdom last night.

Police have arrested a man and woman in relation to the incident, which occurred after people without tickets attempted to storm the Birmingham NEC.

“This incident involved individuals who had been ejected from the venue for attempting to gain entrance into a pop concert without tickets,” a police spokesperson said. “Firearms were discharged and two stewards were taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”

One bouncer is still in the hospital receiving treatment for his wounds.

The Birmingham gig was the last date of Kanye’sTouch The Sky tour of the UK, which has seen the producer-turned-rapper put on a 90 minute show.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious at the concert to come forward.
