Half of C-N-N, Capone was arrested last week, along with two of his associates, after a fight broke out at a club in Queens, New York. It was alleged that Capone had been carrying a firearm and was attempting to enter the club, but was stopped by bouncers. When the trio was stopped, a small fight broke out, in which the police were called. The three were fired upon by police officers when they reached the scene. At that time, Capone and the other two men fled the scene in Capone’s vehicle. Throughout the chase, police fired upon the vehicle and the car met an accident. One man was injured from a gunshot wound.
Capone and the other man were both arrested over assault charges. Even though witnesses claim that they also saw the three men carrying weapons, no firearms were found at the scene of the accident. Capone must now go to court on October 11th and may perhaps face yet another 2 to 4 years in prison if found guilty.
