Waka Flocka Flame isn’t paying his homeowner association fees, according to the Eagle’s Landing Property Owners Association.
Bossip is reporting that the organization hit the Atlanta rapper with a statutory lien on December 16 demanding he pay $20,000 in bills for his Georgia home.
The association claims he owes $19,842.95 in unpaid assessments and charges. This doesn’t include lawyers and late fees also needed to be brought to him in coordination with the case. He bought the 3,960 sq. ft., $400,000 home back in 2011.
A lien means that if Waka ever decides to sell his home, they receive the full amount of what was charged to him before he receives anything.
