A security worker for Young Thug was shot and killed at his home in southwest Atlanta this past Monday (December 7).

23-year-old Quintavius Waters was found face down on the bed by his roommate at his home on the 1000 block of Allegheny Street, in a neighborhood off Cascade Avenue, according to reports on WSB-TV.

“After checking him out it appeared he suffered a gunshot wound to the head,” Atlanta Police Maj. Adam Lee III said.

There is said to be no sign of forced entry present at the scene, leaving police to believe that Waters may have known his killer.

“Whoever did this apparently they were invited in or they know the subject,” Lee added.

Investigators say that the victim’s dog, Yorkie, and his 2001 black Ford Mustang convertible, which has an Alabama tag 3AG5624, are now missing.

Young Thug has not publicly addressed Waters’ murder as of press time.
