Big K.R.I.T. appeared on ESPN’s “Highly Questionable” and detailed his musical journey. He says that the highlight of his career was working with B.B. King on “Praying Man,” a cut from his 2012 project, Live From The Underground.

“That was when I was like, ‘This is real. This is far beyond what I ever would imagine and how powerful just music can be,'” K.R.I.T. says. “‘Cause it’s one thing to talk about something and another thing to be able to create it and make it happen for other people to listen to and that was probably the most moving and touching moment of my life. Rest in peace B.B. King. I can’t say I’ll ever top that moment.”

He also details what he bought with his first advance.
