During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” earlier this week, Los Angeles rapper/actor Ice Cube rattled down a list of phrases the group name N.W.A does not stand for.
With N.W.A standing For “Niggaz Wit Attitudes,” the “Things N.W.A Does Not Stand For” segment served as a television-friendly way of speaking on the group’s name.
“N.W.A does not stand for ‘Nine White Accountants’…N.W.A does not stand for ‘Nickelback Was Awesome’…N.W.A does not stand for ‘Namedropping Woody Allen,’” Ice Cube said, during his appearance on the show.

Jimmy Fallon also chimed in on the list, adding “No Way, Ashley” and “No Winking Allowed.”
Cube appeared on the late night show to promote the upcoming biopic, Straight Outta Compton. Among those starring in the film is O’Shea Jackson Jr., Ice Cube’s son.
Straight Outta Compton is scheduled for release in theaters on August 14.
