Across the Atlantic it’s rumored that Eminem is now being sued by an Irish aristocrat, Henry Montcharles who had booked the Detroit MC for a concert at his castle in Ireland where over 80,000 were expected to attend. The concert has been cancelled due to Em’s hospitalization.

And now one of the drivers involved in the seven car crash that included an Anger Management Tour Bus is suing. According to police investigations and reports the accident occurred on I-70 near Odessa, Missouri, where the bus was traveling over the speed limit (85mph)…the driver swerved onto the shoulder to avoid the trailer trucks. The bus then veered and weaved back onto the road hitting one of the trucks causing it to swerve into oncoming traffic striking and colliding with other vehicles.
The truck driver, Breck Wyngarden and his wife are seeking damages from Eminem, the tour bus driver and bus company for unspecified damages for medical expenses and wages lost.
