The United States Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage nationwide yesterday (June 26) in a 5-4 decision, according to the New York Times.
President Barack Obama expressed his support of the decision and the White House was illuminated in a rainbow pattern as a nod to the gay rights movement.
Pharrell took to Twitter to show his approval of the decision.
“Equality=Freedom,” he writes. “Freedom=Love. #LoveWins”
