Suge Knight and Katt Williams have been hit with a lawsuit that claims they assaulted and leveraged threats against a female photographer in Beverly Hills last September.

In October, Knight and Williams were arrested for robbery stemming from the same incident after the Los Angeles Country District Attorney released a statement that the two were “suspected of stealing the camera of an independent celebrity photographer.”

Now, that photographer, Leslie Redden, has filed a suit with claims that she suffered “severe injuries to her neck, back, fingers, wrist, and other parts of her body,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. The suit also reports that Redden has undergone “great emotional pain and suffering as well as probably neurological and cognitive problems.”

A portion of the verbal-turned-physical confrontation was released on video last November and can be seen on HipHopDX here.

Meanwhile, Knight remains behind bars as he faces charges for murder after committing a fatal hit-and-run that took the life of a man named Terry Carter in January. In addition to the murder trial, Knight is a primary target in a “wrongful death” lawsuit filed by Carter’s family last week.
