According to HHDX sources both Jacki O and Foxy Brown were there to work in the studio with Brooklyn rap artist Gravvy.
“I was all for the idea of having her join us in the studio,” said Jacki O.“That shows how much respect I had for her.” While Jacki was in the studio writing Foxy Brown entered, Hollywood style, and became upset that she wasn’t greeted the way she would normally be greeted.
According to to HHDX’s source “This was all over one of the producers tracks (Unusual Suspects Jim Jonsin and Big D who are responsible for Trick Daddy- Lets Go, Pitbull- Damn it Man, Pretty Ricky- Grind with me) Foxy wanted Jackie O off the track and Jackie O stepped to her and beat her down and then took her purse.”

According to witnesses Foxy Brown stepped out of the studio ranting and raving about Jacki in clear earshot. Once she returned into the studio they sat down one-on-one to clear the air, but Foxy started it off with a “Do You Know Who I Am!?!”
Eventually words exchanged, a fight ensued and Foxy was taken off the premises.
“This was not the way I wanted it to go down,” said Jacki O.“I was looking forward to working with her on a song. We are two women in hip-hop and should be able to come to the table together. She forced me to show her who is the Madam of Miami.
