After shocking the Internet last week with a series of tweets aimed at Baby and Cash Money Records, Wayne appears to be addressing the situation again.
Today (December 11), the embattled rapper took to his Twitter account to declare his allegiance to his own label, Young Money.
“YM! That’s it. Nothing else,” Lil Wayne wrote.
During the days that have passed since Wayne aired out his parent label Cash Money, many have wondered where that leaves the artists that make up Young Money Entertainment. It appears that the rapper is standing by his team.
Last week, Wayne apologized to fans for not being able to release Tha Carter V.
“To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it,” he tweeted last week.
YM! That's it. Nothing else.
