Kanye West is bringing in the New Year with plans for his music to reach out to more people quicker. West signed a deal with the mobile media company Zingy to deliver voice recordings to customers. Kanye will provide wallpapers, screensavers, voice ringtones and voice mail greetings. In other Kanye news, West is back in the studio working on a new album as well as behind the boards making beats for his upcoming artists albums. No word yet on when he will be releasing his new album.

Over three hundred homeless children in New York received a big gift this past Christmas when Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent, Swizz Beatz and several athletes participated in this years “2004 Book Bank Foundation Holiday Superstore for the Homeless”. The drive distributed over $100,000 dollars worth of new toys, medicine and clothing at the Bowery Mission to children. Other clothing companies participating in the drive along with G-Unit were Triple 5 Soul, Tommy Hilfiger, The Omavi Clothing company and many more who all donated new clothing for free.
