After selling over 2.8 million copies of his debut album “Jackpot”, Chingy has plans to keep the ball rolling with his second album “Powerballin” With the first single “Balla Baby” getting ready to hit radios next month, Chingy The video for “Balla Baby” will be directed by Jeremy Rall and shows a pinball game dictating if the rapper will win or lose in real life scenarios. “Powerballin” will hit stores November 16th on Capitol Records.
After five years on hiatus, Mase made his return to the stage Monday when he performed at the Webster Hall in New York. Giving a performance of his new hits “Welcome Back” and “Breathe” as well as his verses on such songs as “Mo Money, Mo Problems”, Mase kept the crowd on their feet making it feel as if he never left. His new album “Welcome Back” is currently in stores.
Even though his movie career has flourished over the last few years, Mos Def is still planning to come back to the music scene when his new album “The New Danger” is released on October 12th. In addition to his new album he is also working on a new film titled “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” and a tour.
