The Century Club’s manager is blaming “hip-hop” for a shooting death outside his LA club after a Killah Priest concert. At least one witness is blaming the club.

Early Monday morning, a restless crowd was waiting outside LA’s posh and exclusive Century Club for valets to bring them their cars. There is no parking at the club and there were reportedly only five or six valets bringing around an estimated 500 cars.

One witness reported that the crowd began to grow restless at the long wait and tempers flared. The violence culminated in shots being fired at a bus, which left one man dead and three people injured.

The club’s owner told reporters that he doesn’t like the hip-hop clientele and that he will no longer stage rap concerts.
